Google business & search
Get your business properly set up on Google.
For most local businesses, Google is the first place a customer looks. Your Google Business Profile, search listings and reviews often decide whether you get the call, before anyone visits your website.
What's involved
Google Business Profile
Complete, accurate and consistent, categories, services, service areas, hours, photos and posts.
Search Console and indexing
Verified, connected, and checked so you know which pages Google has actually indexed.
Reviews
A simple, repeatable way to ask for reviews and respond to them without it becoming a chore.
Consistency across the web
The same business name, address, phone number and services wherever your business appears.
Who this suits
- +Local service businesses relying on nearby customers
- +Businesses that have never claimed or completed their profile
- +Businesses that appear in maps but not in search, or the other way around
How it works
- 1.Review what already exists and what's missing
- 2.Claim, complete and correct the profile
- 3.Connect Search Console and confirm indexing
- 4.Set up a review and posting routine you'll actually keep up

Common questions
- Do I need a website if I have a Google Business Profile?
- A profile can generate calls on its own, but it can't explain your services in depth or capture enquiries out of hours. They work best together, and the profile performs better when it links to a solid site.
- How long until my business shows up?
- Verification usually takes days, but ranking in local results depends on competition, reviews, categories and how complete your presence is. Nobody can honestly guarantee a timeframe.
- Can you manage reviews for me?
- I can set up the process and help with responses. The reviews themselves must be genuine and come from real customers.

Not sure what you need?
Don't know whether you need SEO, Google Ads, a new website or something else? That's completely fine. Start with the business, not the marketing service. I'll look at where you're currently at, what you're trying to achieve and what's most worth prioritising.

Not sure what your business actually needs?
Start with a Digital Business Check. We'll review how your business shows up online right now and point out the biggest opportunities across your website, Google, search visibility, content and advertising.
